can't fine where to change copyright

Hi,
I notice in firebug, that there is a section of the footer called copyright – which makes me thing there should be a theme setting somewhere for it, but I can’t find anything, and when I search in the documentation or forum, I don’t find any description of where to set the copyright info.

I’m also having an error when I click theme options in the admin bar – it gives me the error I can’t access that page.. and under themes or plugins, there is no editor link. The hosting company says it is related to the theme .. maybe these things are all related? I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins, and checked permissions on the wp-admin files and nothing has fixed that problem.

I found the cause of these problems – it was Sucuri plugin.. Even disabling it didn’t change it.
