Cannot download documentation and demo content

I purchased the Prestige theme yesterday. I was able to download the theme itself, but when I try to download the documentation and demo content. I’m unable to do so. It opens a browser window to Google drive indicating I need to request access. I don’t have this issue with the Seaview them which I purchased previously. When I go to download from that theme browser window opens with access to the files.

I tried the downloads from the email sent to me after purchasing the Prestige theme and I also tried it from my account on 7theme. Same thing in both cases. Says I need to request access to Google drive.

Any/all assistance is appreciated.

sorry for that, Google changed that some time ago, we will fix this as soon as possible. I saw your unblocking request for these two files and did that immediately, I think you already saw it.

Hello,

I was able to download the demo content and it seemed to import correctly (took several tries to import all) however when I open the website, it’s incomplete and the following error displays.

Warning: Trying to access array offset on vlaue of type null in D:\xampp_812\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\prestige\7league\callscripts.php on line 105.

I have a screenshot but don’t see a way to upload for this post. I have if needed.

Assistance/guidance is very greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Additional question…. What his the highest PHP version supported for this theme? Right now I’m running PHP 8.12 (as you can see from my post above).

Hi Additional update…. I just changed over to the Seaview theme and uploaded the demo content and received the exact same error I indicated in my post above.

Please let me know the highest PHP version that is supported for both the Seaview and Prestige themes.

Love both themes but will be extremely disappointed if I have to look for a newer theme that supports more recent PHP versions, since for security reasons, PHP should be versions should be at more recent versions.

Hi,

as long as you use the latest release of the theme you can use it with PHP 8.x, there is no known problem at the moment.

The error you postet is just a warning, it’s not a problem, the website is working fine without any problem, also with this warning. A warning is only for developer and should always be hidden on a public website, because a hacker can provoke such messages and hack your website. Please search for “PHP Error and Warnings” in your hosting panel and turn it off.

On the Prestige theme…. When I’m NOT logged in as admin, I get the following error.
