Can not download themes

I can not download my themes from my account

Hello, i have a question. i have order by paypal a templates from you with order number Product ID: wChBsXkqr22C. Where i can’t downloaded the theme is see the thema not on my account.

Hi, you purchased the theme via Paypal, but with a debit memo, in this case, Paypal complete the purchase first as soon the payment was made. I checked the purchase, the payment was marked as complete from Paypal, now the purchase is available in your account. Thank you again for your purchase!

Thank you for your reply but I can not still find the download link of the themes from my account dashboard.

I can only see the following links; Download Documentation, and Download Demo Content but No Download Link to any of Theme files on my account.

I also see the status of my payment as Abandoned which is not true in this case. My payment has been successfully and over the years I have had full access to all my themes inside my account dashboard.

Please check and correct these irregularities.
