Caboom Contact Page Email

I’m having issues with the contact page not working in the Caboom theme. I have conducted a few tests and the emails are not being received by my client. They have checked their spam folder as well and they are just not going through. Do you have any suggestions as to why this is not working?

have you insert your email? WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Contact Page…

Yes, that has been done, but we are not receiving any emails.

Hm, very strange. I think there is a javascript error, because the contact form work with javascript, if there is an error, then you dont get the mails. Can you send us the link to the page with the contact form, then we can check the source code.
