Background Image doesn't work on Marea

No matter how many different areas of this damn theme I set to my background url, it does not change.

I buy premium things to make shit easy, not so that I have to go through the backend to make something as retardedly basic as a background image work properly.

I turned off all of my plug-ins, so it’s not an intereference.

This developer get’s a -20 rating from me.
