  • Hello,

I have noticed that at irregular intervals the theme color returns to the theme default color purple.

The first time even the “Second Footer Section” was reset. Today only the color was reset.

Sometimes 3 or 4 days are all set and then mostly in the early morning the theme will be reset.

    How can that be?

Another problem: The use of theme profiles does not work 100%. As soon as you click on the “Preview” button, an HTML error message appears (see links below!) And the theme turns purple automatically!

See here for the Error – Screenshot :

    Hi,

I’m not sure what caused the problem, but surely it’s not the theme, we have not included a function to reset the theme regularly. Have you installed plugins? Is the footer section color the only option that is reset?

What “preview” button do you mean? When you edit a page/post? Do you think you can send us ( info @ 7theme . net ) a login for your website, then we can take a look at it

ok, then I express myself wrong. It is not a “reset” but it loads a default theme. I can say 100% that this bug was already at the initial installation, when no plug-ins were installed.
As soon as you click on the “Preview-Button” the HTML-error comes and a purple-color-Schme is loaded.

Please follow this link to see: https://www.boesemaedchen.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/error2.jpg

The theme is loaded in purple. And not always only now and then. If I had no backup I would have to reset the colors.

Ok, we’ll check that, maybe we can get the same problem and find the solution for it

Hello again, you were right with the problem, we fixed it and uploaded an update for it. The new version is 1.01 and now available, as soon you install the update it il work.

    Hello,

I had to make several changes, CSS and Style.css. Are these then lost?
Can I save the settings in Theme Profiles and then reload them in the new update theme?

    Hi,

if you made the changes directly in the style.css file then it’s lost, but you can download your style.css file before you do the update and upload it again after the update. We made no changes in the style.css file, that’s why you can upload your style.css file and overwrite the original file in the theme. Changes you made in the theme options are saved in the database, the update will change nothing here, so you don’t need to save your settings in a theme profile.

    hello,

i have just installed child theme configurator. While examining the theme, child theme detected bugs. They say I should contact them.
    these are the mistakes:

    Hi Randy,
