  • Hi I tried installing the arcon them to my fresh wordpress install on my site(hosted by ipage

    ) and on uploading the zip file i get following error

    The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

    Not sure if Im doing something wrong ?

    Hello,

    thank you for purchasing our theme. It seems your hosting company have some very hard restrictions. Normally you can upload files with more than 10 MB without any problem (Arcon has 7MB). Do you know how to upload with FTP? Than you have no problems with max file sizes. If you don’t know how, you can send us the FTP login, then we can do it for you, it’s free.

    Best, Stefan

    i can ftp. where do i put the zip .. once ive done that how do i install ?

    Hi,

    unzip the theme file before you upload it. Make sure that the themefolder have a basisfolder, e.g.

    Arcon(folder)->7league(folder)

    ->index.php(file)

    Upload this folder to “wp-content/themes/”.

    After the upload it should looks like this:

    “wp-content/themes/arcon/ ..(Here are the style.css, php files and folder like 7league)

    I can’t get the theme uploaded to my wordpress… i keep installing then I can’t find the zip file… It only downloads as an html or jpg nothing to do with a zip folder

    I’m getting really frustrated

    Hello Katy,

    I wrote you already an email, the login you have send me is not working.

    ” It only downloads as an html or jpg nothing to do with a zip folder ”

    Do you use Mac OS? Some clients had problems because in some cases Mac unzip the zip folder during download. Please take a look at this:

    Please send me the correct login, then we can install the theme for you.
