  • I try to register my themes after activating them on fresh WP installs, but after I enter my 5 digit License Key it says invalid license…am I entering the wrong key?

    Hi,

you have to insert the license key as product key and add your mail, then you’ll receive the license key for the product / theme via mail.

Ok, thank you. I did that part and got it working but then there was no option for “Theme Options” only 2x Customize links
Also, when i did try to access Theme Options directly I would get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

I think you skipped the theme registration, in this case you have 48 hours to register theme, after this time you cannot use for example the theme options. Please go to WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme help, there you can generate the license key

I have all ready done that, and it unlocks all of the the other options like Team settings, Portfolio settings, All Slider, etc.

The only thing it does not unlock is the Theme Options.

This seems like a pretty horrible option…Theme Registration?
I have been a customer for almost 3 years now and if I would have known about this new Theme Registration option then I would not have purchase an entire Giga Bundle with a broken registration system.

    Hi,

if the theme options are not visible in the WordPress menu, then it could be also a problem with your WordPress installation. Can you see the link “WP admin -> Appearance -> Edit”? And “WP admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options”?. If no, do you use a “one-click WordPress installation” from your hosting provider? Because in this case many hosting provider don’t give you the full rights for your WordPress installation, but to access the theme options you need all admin rights (for security reasons).

The theme registration is working, and we have to do that because there are many illegal copies out there of our themes, and that’s the only way we can control it and protect our work. Most other theme provider have also a licensing system for their themes.
