activate button on front page Mastermind and theme stretched

Hi, I have just purchased a support package -9HwevYcLacje – I recently asked how to activate button – you said to go to appearance – theme options – header (then copy url) …… When I went to theme options it would not allow me to click header (or anything on the menu) – can you help please?

Also, when I launched my site – the mastermind theme is stretched – http://www.emotionalrewire.com
Can you help please?

Hi Jackie, thank you for your post. We checked your website. The biggerst problem is that your website before you published it was on a temporary domain 8b****067.temp.domains), this is causing some problems. It’s never a got idea to develope a website on a temporary domain, this will cause always problems.

You can send us ( info @ 7theme .net ) a login for your website, then we can take a look at the backend and help you to solve the problem.

Hi there, thanks for your email. my host is – blu****m login – emo****il.com password – A***0* go to click JW on top right hand side – click Products – then on left hand side click My Sites – click Log in this will take you to word press dashboard. thanks for your help, Jackie

Please do not post your login information here, it’s a public forum, anyone can see it! Next time please send us an email. Please change all your passwords now, I think it’s not save anymore.

We checked your website, the problem was the most recent WordPress update. WordPress removed the automatic jQuery migration, this caused the problem. We installed a plugin, made by WordPress to fix the problem with the 5.5 Update, now it’s working.
