Hi,

please go to WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Customize WordPress -> Logo, there you can upload your own logo. Please wait (in the popup window) until your Logo is uploaded, then scroll to the bottom and click the “Insert into post” button. Then save the settings and it should work.
