can you post the error message? What is your hosting company? You can download the theme on Mojo (it’s a zip file), then go to WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add new -> Upload.

If you have trouble with the installations, you can send us (info @ 7theme . net ) the URL and a login for your website, then we can install it for you (of course it’s free).
