unfortunately there is no build-in function in WordPress to sort the items, but there are some great plugins, for example this one here:

Do you know how to install a plugin? If no, please go to WordPress admin -> Plugins -> Add new -> insert into the search field on the right side “Post Types Order” and the click the “install” button.
