the included form is only a fast and simple solution if you need a simple contact form. If you need a more customizable contact form you need a plugin, i.e. Contact Form 7, it’s free and works great. You can search and install it in WP admin -> Plugins -> Add new.

For the Google Map: We included a shortcode, but since some month you have to set up a Google API key to use it, and it’s really very complicated. It’s much easier for you to use the Google Maps embed code. Please go to the Google Maps website, search for the place you want to show on your map and click the burger menu on the top left of the page -> Share & Embed, then copy and paste the embed code to your page.
