Hi,

1. It’s very easy, go to WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Menus, choose the “Links” box on the left, add the url (link) to the PDF file and add a label, save the menu. That’s all.

2. Normally in modern browser you can read PDF files. What browser to you use?
