you can add this css code in WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Extra CSS Content:

.cycle_element h2 span, .cycle_element h3 span, .cycle_element a span {
text-shadow:2px 2px 0px #000;
}

This will add a black shadow to the text
